- Developed processes and web-based tools for
supporting approximately 35 person embedded software application development
team, allowing for initial visibility into cable modem product development

regular certification waves from < 3 days to over 3 weeks, allowing
customers greater time to integrate customizations prior to certification
deadlines.
- Worked with marketing, development (hardware and
software), testing, and management to develop requirements for four products

of this writing (one pending).
- Worked with CableLabs
on new security-related standards for PacketCable

Ethernet models along with global traffic intensity adjustment feature for
